Worst experience ever. Any excuse whatsoever to not exchange for a smaller size. You would think with how much you spend it would include courtesy and accommodation. Thanks for ruining my wife’s Christmas.
Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange.
