Amazing Massage Therapists – I had one of the best massages of my life. My technicians name was Jouni, strange name. He worked out all the bad knots and help dissipate this horrible headache i had for a few days. I am truly pleased with the excellent service I have received.
Great Service – I have been going here for waxing and facials for two years now, and I am shocked by all the negative reviews. My experiences have ALWAYS been positive. I've been made to feel welcome, I never have to wait, street parking has been easy, and the services have been amazing. Julie has done a great job every time I've visited. In fact, I've moved out of Burbank, and I still come to this spa for their services because I like the way I've been treated.
THIS IS SERVICE? I THINK NOT! – I have been to a few spas in my time and couldn't not believe this one. It was a gift, and it's the thought that counts completely in this case. I was given a gift cert. and couldn't believe the lack of professionalism, utter lack of experience, & cleanliness issues over the course of the few hours there. cool spa – this spa is awesome! I mean there's robes, private lockers, sandels and comditioner! I bring my own but this is the only spa with all that, that i know of. the people there are really nice, and helpful. Unlike other spas that charge for everything, Burbank Spa and Garden also give complimentary Eculyptus oil. And for those who don't know what that is, it clears up your sinus and smells good too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF – Don't go here. Whatever you do. You will regret it. I had two services scheduled as a treat for myself ? and boy was I disappointed, and felt ripped off. First of all, my facialist (Yvette) left the room to answer her CELL PHONE (!) for a total of 10 minutes in an hour-long facial. She barely apologized nor did she offer to make up the time! Great Spa in Burbank! – Highly professional and great customer service. Celia is great for both manicures and pedcaures, while Yevette is best for facials. The atmosphere is relaxing. The front staff is courteous and inviting.
very BAD experience, and I was injured during my mani/pedi !!! – This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure that I have ever received. I had a female technician, don't know her name, and she was very, very bad. During the scrubbing/exfoliation part of the pedicure, she scrubbed off the skin on the side of my foot and made the skin come off. friendly staff, amazing place, extremely relaxing. you are taken care of here! – you walk into the spa feeling welcomed and comfortable. you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. you feel like you are in a million dollar spa. there are personal lockers, saunas, private massage rooms. the staff greets and speaks to you like they've known you forever.
