Unfair business practices. They lost an outgoing package. They refused to admit it or present any kind of resolution. Instead, manager decides to cancel MY mailbox, which is not just any service but now I have to get a new mailbox somewhere else. I was never threatening nor did I use profanity while dealing with them. The manager Is simply is too prideful to admit her personal error (she was the one who mishandled the package) and would rather cancel me than deal with the embarrassment of the truth.
