By far the worst donation place I've been to. Sometimes the nurses are nice, 9/10 times they're plain rude and act like it's a heavy burden to help you. They don't care about your time or your wellbeing and the waiting lobby room area is absolutely freezing. Despite the number of people on hand and the resources available to them at this large location, they don't seem to care to find a solution with you, they just want you out of there. Thanks a lot.
Waited for 30 min WITH appointment. Two walk-ins get called before me. Try to find another location if you can.
I’m really sad to be posting this, but when I went in the other day, the person drawing my blood said he didn’t even have an active phlebotomist license. Not only that, but I had to go to the doctor after my donation appointment because my arm was so bruised I could barely use it. I don’t know what’s going on here, but this is alarming.
I came here to donate blood yesterday and my nurse did a great job. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable during the process. It was quick and painless and I was able to get a snoopy shirt from them.
