I can't review the work as it never happened. I called for an estimate on deck and stair repairs. They scheduled an appointment for the following day 10:00-noon with a phone call 30 minutes ahead. I called the following day at 10:47 to confirm the appointment and make sure I didn't miss their call. She said they will arrive before noon and they would still call with a 30-minute heads up. Called them mid-week and couldn’t hear much but the gentlemen on the phone said they’d come on Sunday. I received no confirmation so I called on Sunday and they said they would come at 2. Then I called and they said a 2-4 window. I waited and called to get an update which I never received. Rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with on them.
