I came in to enquire and get some pricing on a house and land package from Maks Hossain. I have never felt so uncomfortable talking to someone trying to sell a house. The manner in how he spoke to me was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable being a 1st home buyer. That man shouldn't be dealing with customers full stop.

Visited the White Rock display home. The houses were amazing. Were really incredible houses, great styling, and had some brillant finishes. The attention to detail were evident. And top quality. However, when dealing with the sales consultant Maks, it became clear that the lack of effort to engage with a potential builder was poor. Being told to have a look around and come back with questions as he was busy. Once completing the tours and look around, I was then brushed off.
