Sales person was absolutely fantastic, selections was great. (This is whom the 1 star is for) Build went far from smooth due to multiple ss, and eventually the building manager had to get involved to follow through. Where they have absolutely dropped the ball is, Fix ups post hand over waiting 6months from the original scope with a ss to run through the fix ups, thereafter every email I send through ignored weather it be the building manager, ss the last one, even customer care and service department.
