Don at Burbank Homes, Ripley, is just amazing! He is so respectful, a great communicator, good hard work ethic. He has made the start of the building experience great and his professionalism was a big factor in us picking Burbank over other pushy builders. 刚刚 Worst experience ever ! Lack of communication, dishonest and misleading. Very pushy to get your deposit,then spent your money without informing you. Be extremely careful when you chose this builder, or I would recommend go for others and save your time and lots of hassles. Choose someone really take responsibility and care for their customers, rather than push you into a contract and ignore you and do whatever they want to do with YOUR money!
