Don’t allow them build the home next to your home they build one home directly on my back and they hv damage my all back fence now if I go for fixing tradies asking 1000$ lot of time sending the email but nothing comes up shame on you Burbank you guys r big builder in Ballarat and you don’t hv enough tradies to fix my fence totally hopeless

🇦🇺 THE AUSTRALIAN DREAM DESTROYED BY BURBANK!!!!! Have a look at the state that they left my house in!! Bricks changing colour, driveway stained and horrible, paint peeling on the driveway!! My visitors ask me what's wrong with your bricks!!!!! Worst of all they refuse to fix it and just ignore you until you take them to VCAT. PLEASE DONT CHOOSE BURBANK, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Building a single story with Burbank, it has been 2 year but still waiting for the completion. Other builder havecompleteda year before, these guys take 6 to 8 months for each stage. In between so many mistakes, those are all found by my private inspector. Very poor workmanship and quality. Their QA is total failure .Still you can find 3 to 4 unfinished homes in Alfredton waiting for completion.

Best to avoid them They are really bad at esimating or just want to rip you off once you are in the trap. Initially during the sales quote we were quoted a site cost of $13k and by the time of siging the quote it was $19,500. And they still added another $1000 variation (The customer rep said there could be more as its in T&Cs and I wont be able to do anything about it). What was the point of fixed site costs?
