Came into the salon today at 3:15, the waiting area was empty and there was one hairdresser cutting a clients hair at one of the chairs. As I walked in she nodded and whispered a hello for she was on the phone. That was the extent of any acknowledgment of me being present there at all. I just walked up the stairs to the second floor for a haircut. I have seen a sign in front of the business for a month, so I decided to give them a try. I verified with the lady at the desk who was more interested in a video she was watching on her phone rather than be attentive to customers. I told her I would like a haircut. I had a caesar cut from this place. The cut was clean and the staff was friendly and made sure to dedicate time and precision. The staff speak both English and Spanish which helped me communicate even better. They are affordable too for 20 dollars a cut for a man in CALIFORNIA which is amazing but the main thing that stood out for me is their ethics and trustworthiness I left my glasses and earbuds here accidentally and went home then I called them and they held it for me and I was able to retrieve it with no hassle.
