I tried to call and make a new patient appointment and the person who answered the phone had no customer service skills. I figured if that's how they treat people on the phone, I certainly don't want them anywhere near my teeth.
I been scheduled two different times with the dentist Ronda and they failed to keep me up to date and they knew that there was medical involved and that Ronda honored it and the receptionist stated that Ronda honored the medical card in front of another patient that was sitting in the lobby waiting to be called for her appointment and when I said have another insurance card and the receptionist stated that they don't honored medical card no more as of March 2023 and if I want service I will need to uses my insurance card and... read more
Dr and assistants were attentive, office is clean, apt was easy to get and pain free
