Terrible customer service. We're a new family patient to this practice and they would not accommodate a very simple walk-in request to repair my daughter's ear mold which needs glue and new tubing. It's urgent and important to us because our daughter is in school without hearing aids. Very simple five minute fix. Was willing to pay them their full ear mold fee of $150 if only they could be accommodating. I'm a business owner as well and would not run my business like this.
