Very disappointed in the customer service we have received for this group. We arranged them to come our site and give us a quote they canceled and never got back to us, not to mention waisted a week of our schedule to find out they will not attend anymore as things have popped up. Very unprofessional and we high DO NOT RECOMMEND this mob.
My husband called Burban plumbing for a gas leak near our stove. The response time was excellent. Chris arrived within an hour, found and fixed the leak promptly. He is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.
