Worked there for 4 weeks and 2 days when I got called into the office and accused of damaging a tool that was destroyed before I got there. I was new, had never run this part, and the only training I got was the guy running it on the previous shift who could barely speak English. The way he instructed me to run the process was wrong and was damaging the tool, which ultimately got blamed on me because he said he didn't do it. No competent training. The place is filthy.
