My fan belt broke on the way home from work and it destroyed the alternator in the process. I called at 800 that night when I got home and was told to bring it in first thing. I had the car there at 830. They replaced the belt as well as the alternator and gave the car a full service (as it was also due) by 1300. The service was above and beyond.
