Poor experience. Sales rep Gihan did not provide type of door on quote or fact it was energy star after me making this request multiple times over course of two weeks. It was not until VP Adam was cc’d on email, some specifics ‘novatech600, nrc number, were shared and entered on quote. Finally when ready to put in order, deposit was made, I was told remeasurement date would be provided shortly after. One day passed with no reply.
