My original review was 5 Stars when it looked like if my hedge trimmer couldn't be fixed under warranty I would be sent a new one in a couple of weeks. Well, 3 months later I got my hedge trimmer back. I would call every couple of weeks and I got: we're waiting on a part, that didn't fix it, ordered another part that didn't work, ordered another part which arrived and I was promised a phone call on 9/11, it didn't happen.
