I had Dr. Leland for years, the office staff, dental hygienist and secretarial staff had all been so kind and accommodating. Dr. Siefring took over for Dr. Leland and he ended up being wonderful, he is very gentle and kind, but my bridge has unfortunately fallen out several times now. Lastly, their secretarial staff treated me VERY rudely. She was extremely condescending, demeaning, belittling and just disrespectful. I was a bit worried when Dr. Leland sold his practice but I must say he made an excellent choice when he sold it to Dr. Siefring. Dr. Siefring is a great dentist - I've been to see him now several times and I have been pleased with his service each time.
The Doctor (Zach) and his assistant (Jenny), as well as all other staff members that we encountered were all very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring type of people. X-rays on a 3 yr old little girl isn’t an easy task, but they made it a pleasant experience! Thanks so much!!
Friendly educated staff Modern clean building TV and window in operating areas Dr. Siefring is a great dentist.
