The staffs were so friendly and welcoming — they made us both feel completely at ease. Great service from start to finish. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amie at highpoint is the most exceptional person. Helped me with my new glasses and is super helpful. 10/10 for service
The staff and optometrist were polite. They advertised the standard 2 for the price of one pair of glasses which most places do and and which my BUPA private Healthcare easily covered. I chose a standard pair within my private health care allowance with no extra's and was supposed to get the other pair free. Then when I went to pay they started saying I had to pay for this and that and the cost went up to me having to pay for the 2nd pair out of my own pocket.
