I took my 5 year old son for his first eye test and Van was absolutely amazing with him! He was a bit nervous going in and not knowing what to expect but Van was fantastic at explaining everything to him and through out the entire half an hour eye test. If you’re looking for someone that’s great at their job and amazing with kids then Van is your person. Thank you again Van!

Amy at Bupa Optical is amazing, she has given me a 5 star customer experience trying to to the best by me and make adjustments to suit my budget and needs for my family of 5 people. Very satisfied with her service. Also other staff were very polite and welcoming.
The day I went there, everything was good. However, it’s been 17 days (13 working days) and I still have not received my glasses.
Had a great experience. Daria was extremely helpful when my initial frames were too tight and really took the time to help me find a new set of frames that fit properly.
