Amie at highpoint is the most exceptional person. Helped me with my new glasses and is super helpful. 10/10 for service
The staff and optometrist were polite. They advertised the standard 2 for the price of one pair of glasses which most places do and and which my BUPA private Healthcare easily covered. I chose a standard pair within my private health care allowance with no extra's and was supposed to get the other pair free. Then when I went to pay they started saying I had to pay for this and that and the cost went up to me having to pay for the 2nd pair out of my own pocket. By far the best customer service I have had in years. Amie knows her stuff the way she went above and beyond to help is incredible. Such a rare experience in this day and age.
