Had my first experience with Bupa Optical today after being an Optical Superstore customer for years. The team @ Unley were welcoming, helpful, thorough and proposed a timely follow up due to an underlying condition I have. I now await my new glasses with anticipation. Thank you team for your care.
I sat on my glasses at gym class this morning, bending the arm of my glasses badly. Popped into Bupa Optical Unley and without fuss they fixed them!! So grateful.
Amazing experience at the Unley Bupa Optical and Hearing. I bough a pair of sunglasses online which were slightly wonky so popped into the shop and the very lovely ladies helped me out; within 5 minutes I had perfectly fitting frames. Loved the friendly service :)
