Special trip into the Adelaide street store to pick up my glasses - but the machine to pay the BUPA component wasnt' working! I was givent the option of going upstairs to join the long queue waiting at the counter or pay $400 cash and send in for a refund (despite the fact I was standing in the store!!!!) I am now finally convinced to stop wasting my money and time on inhouse glasses and will order them from an online retailer overseas for 1/3 of the price next time!!
