This Bupa store has the best customer service time and time again, especially compared to other branches who couldn’t help much. They were accommodating and understanding with a pair of glasses needing adjustment and resolved the problem quickly. Each time I’ve been here the staff have been very helpful :)
I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at Bupa Optical Chermside. I went in to change the lenses of my eyeglasses, but the process took over two weeks, which was an unacceptable and frustrating delay. It felt like a complete waste of time. I will not be returning to this store for any future services.
Hands down the best customer experience I've had! Huge shoutout to Ash and Carolina. Ash seriously went above and beyond to make sure I got the best lenses, and Carolina is always so sweet and thoughtful, making sure I get the best product too!
I didn’t end up getting my new prescription glasses from here. What a pity! As my mum booked the eye test for me at the other place but I would like to say I am so happy with the service and welcome from one of your gorgeous friendly staff who worked on 30-31/12/24. She was welcomed me and helped me get through all the information that I need to know about getting a prescription glasses.
