Absolutely amazing dentists and staff! I have a fear of dentists and Katie made me feel so relaxed, chatting with me, explaining everything she was doing. Such a beautiful person! In the end I was relaxed, just from having her by my side. The beautiful staff at Bupa Paddington went above and beyond to keep me at ease! Kat (the dental manager) kept me in the loop with the dental plan. I can’t fault them and I highly recommend!
Dr Wayne Chen was very attentive to my treatment. My teeth were very stained and sensitive, instead of recommending bleach he advised me to have a proper clean and he had a sand blaster that removed stain. When he was cleaning my teeth he was aware of my sensitivity and accomadated my discomfort. The clean was thorough and it did remove most staining.
