I recently visited with my elderly mother and wanted to acknowledge how wonderful the reception staff were. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and they made us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, one interaction put a bit of a dampener on an otherwise positive experience.
