Really friendly staff with everything being explained well. Both the dentist and assistant checked regularly if I was comfortable and not in any pain. This will be my practice going forward!
Dr Andrew Chau is very skilled at complex surgeries and work. He is the only one at surgery who does extractions which he kindly did urgently for me on the same day as I called,.despite his tight and busy schedule. He is also very knowledgeable, articulate to explain details and has a great attention to detail. Dr Andrew Chau did extraction quickly, painless less, easy obviously due to his experience and skill. I have been a patient at Bupa Dental Maleny for over 15 years, as have been my three children. I recently have to go into Bupa Dental Maleny for an emergency, due to a problem with a tooth that had caused swelling in face. The lovely staff at Bupa saw me immediately when I went in first thing on Monday morning.
