I came in for a routine dental cleaning, but the hygienist added additional services without discussing them with me beforehand. I was shocked to find out at checkout that I was being charged for procedures I never agreed to and ended up with a hefty bill. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. This kind of upselling without consent feels dishonest and exploitative. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone who values transparency and informed care.
Dr Donna is an absolute legend! Anyone who complains about seeing a dentist needs to go see her and have your perceptions about dentist visits flipped upside down!
Good dentist. Had a filling pop out after only a few months, and replaced it free of charge. Con - the dentist - was a very friendly and relaxed bloke too. Recommended.
My kids was advised to see paediatric dentist due to a few cavities . I was advised that no general dentist would fix the teeth. I went to have second opinion from another dentist. The general dentist fixed my kids teeth as normal procedure and all cover my private insurance. No specialist was referred. This was the second time my family was referred to specialist .
This is a great family dental practice , caring , thoughtful and thorough .
