Receptionists were friendly. I’m always afraid of going to the dentist but Dr. Sarosh Morani is really gentle and she made the overall dental checkup experience easy and manageable. She made me felt relieved after all! Highly recommend, thank you ☺️
The front desk reception was warm and friendly. The doctor and the assistant were professional and patient. The payment process was quick. It was a great experience. I will definitely come here for medical treatment in the future.
Not sure why the receptionist Arushi is acting like she is saving lives - if you are going to put someone on hold for 6 minutes, it’s not “a moment” - if it’s so busy and you can’t manage let your manager know? No one calls the dental for fun, it’s because we have/need to so maybe keep that in mind when you talk to customers.
For my routine six-month dental checkups, I visit the Bupa Clinic and see Dr. Han Yong. He is one of the best dentists I’ve met — very professional, gentle, and always willing to explain everything clearly. I appreciate that he never rushes, always listens to me, and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Han Yong
