I recently visited Bupa dental Erina due to a severe toothache. My experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was subjected to a full set of x-rays and a brief consultation with the head dentist, who advised that I needed either a root canal or an extraction. Disaster! Why I went here I do not know! Only tried it because I Joined BUPA Insurance Firstly the actual clean up was very painful, the place, in my opinion, was grubby and the equipment, when it wasn't dropped on the floor wasn't great, even the "safety glasses" were very poor quality, flimsy plastic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FILLING FELL OUT AFTER TWO DAYS AND I WAS LEFT WITH A HUGE HOLE IN MY MOUTH. TANYA THE RECEPTIONIST WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. Ruined my exspensive crown & put it infront of my mouth crooked. This is the work s butcher not a so called dentist Dr Van eck. X rays always to gain income & no quote for treatments done. Your marched to the front counter by dentist & he disappears rapid leaving you to suffer a big bill. Desk staff say it's this much & how you paying today.
