The receptionists are friendly and accommodating especially Coleen, and the other staff as well. The dentist and the staff who assessed me were caring and explained to me what's happening with my teeth. They helped me with my urgent dental needs hassle free ☺️🦷👍

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bupa Dental today. After waiting nearly six months for my appointment, I arrived approximately 15 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Collin, cancelled my appointment immediately upon my arrival without offering any flexibility or attempting to accommodate me.
