I am so happy I found a dentist that actually cares. I have had BUPA a long time and was using a BUPA dentist in the city, however every time I booked an appointment or asked for something specific they were unclear on the charges and costs and would only tell me what I had to pay after my treatment. Anything outside of check and clean I was charged $$$ for. I decided to go to BUPA dental at casuarina and met the nicest dentist I have ever met. I recently visited a dental clinic and had a great experience. The clinic was spotless, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making the visit smooth and stress-free. The dentist was highly professional, providing clear and simple explanations about the procedure. A bonus—the dental clean and regular check-ups were fully covered by Bupa at no extra cost, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

i have been going to Bupa since i was young and Dr Alison is who i have gone to in the past and she was the best. I have only just have had a bad experience with an indian tooth cleaner lady. ( unsure of the name). She was very rough when cleaning my teeth and did not talk it through with me at all. My mouth was bleeding and i asked her why did it hurt so much and her response was “ You’re teeth aren’t aligned so your not cleaning them properly i need to clean it all today or you will have to come back” - I have never been t... read more

Undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever used. Belinda, the secretary, is the most delightful and helpful secretary I've ever encountered. What a lovely person! Kaejen, my dentist, is really pleasant and caring; he's also a brilliant dentist. It really makes sense to use this place if you're a BUPA member.

Amazing! Got in me in on the same day for a dental problem. Super knowledgeable staff. Kind and compassionate. Almost want to go back to the dentist to see them again !
