I am so happy I found a dentist that actually cares. I have had BUPA a long time and was using a BUPA dentist in the city, however every time I booked an appointment or asked for something specific they were unclear on the charges and costs and would only tell me what I had to pay after my treatment. i have been going to Bupa since i was young and Dr Alison is who i have gone to in the past and she was the best. I have only just have had a bad experience with an indian tooth cleaner lady. ( unsure of the name). She was very rough when cleaning my teeth and did not talk it through with me at all.
