My partner had a worst experience with Dr Shruti . After a deep cleaning she experienced severe sensitivity which end up seeing specialist ! Never trust her work.
I recently my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Daniel Moussad, and despite having very long roots that made it a difficult procedure, the experience was outstanding. Dr Moussad was incredibly skilled, calm, and reassuring throughout, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. The extractions were handled with great care, and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.
Cannot speak highly enough of this experience. I've had many cleans and check-ups at dentists other than Bupa in the past. With my Bupa basic cover for extras I paid nothing and received first class service from Dr Andrew ho, and the lady who who took care of the transaction was very polite, friendly and professional. As Arnie says, I'll be back
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Caitlin, Dr Anjali and Jigna went absolutely above and beyond for me during my recent visit, going out of their way to ensure I received my full treatment before my holiday. This level of care and consideration is rare, and it genuinely made all the difference. I have been going to Bupa Castle Hill for years and will continue to do so. The whole team was warm, professional and truly patient-first. Beyond grateful, and very very happy!! Thank you so much ladies!
I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unprofessional and disorganised experience I had with your clinic. My husband previously saw Andrew and spoke highly of him, which is why I decided to book an appointment despite being with a different health fund. On 16 May, I specifically attended the clinic in person to confirm with the receptionist (a blonde girl with black roots) whether there would be any gap fee due to my health fund.
