I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice, particularly with the customer service. The communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were listened to or handled appropriately. The overall experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard of care or customer service I expected from a dental practice. My partner had a worst experience with Dr Shruti . After a deep cleaning she experienced severe sensitivity which end up seeing specialist ! Never trust her work.

I recently my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Daniel Moussad, and despite having very long roots that made it a difficult procedure, the experience was outstanding. Dr Moussad was incredibly skilled, calm, and reassuring throughout, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. The extractions were handled with great care, and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.
