I had a great experience with Dr Ashwini Reddy at Bupa Dental Castle Hill. Dr Reddy has been my dentist for the past 7 years, and throughout that time she has supported me through both routine check-ups and more complex dental treatments. I usually don't write reviews unless the care and care is really good. Today i would like provided my honest feedback about Dr Adhwini Reddy working as a Dentist at Bupa Dental centre at Castle Hill. The support and service provided by Dr Ashwini Reddy is extraordinary 👌 and was very helpful. Especially when my son needed a good support and help to recover from sports injury. Extremely disappointed with the service here. Both my partner and I had separate appointments for a check-up and cleaning, and both were finished in just 10 minutes. It felt like we were being rushed through an assembly line rather than receiving professional dental care. To make matters worse, the front desk staff seemed unhappy and lacked patience. I’d rather see fewer bookings with better quality care than this
