I had my teeth filling here almost 2 weeks ago, the dentist was so gentle and lovely but i had a terrible experience with the receptionist. 2 days after the filling, i called them saying that my face's been swollen and so painfull, could they check with the dentist if it was normal? they said ok and didnt call me back, i called them again and they said they'll ask tomorrow, and they never call me back. It's been almost 2 weeks and my jaw is still in pain til now. Cancelled the insurance with them and never go back!
I had a fantastic experience at Bupa Dental and cannot recommend this clinic enough. :) Dr. Alliss Chan did my teeth filling, and the results are incredible. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire procedure. I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff at Bupa Dental. The two female receptionists wearing glasses provided very poor customer service. There was no smile, no greeting when I arrived, and they seemed uninterested in helping patients. They worked very slowly, and even when another receptionist was friendly and tried to assist, they barely responded or acknowledged her, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
