As a Bupa member for over five years, I've visited numerous dental clinics, and I have to say that the service here is truly exceptional. What stands out the most is the front desk team. They are incredibly nice, patient, and efficient—whether I need to reschedule an appointment or request referral documents. Dr Diana Koo is exemplary in her courteous and respectful interactions with her colleagues and patients alike and very focused on providing a safe environment for all. It's a 10/10 from me.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Carlos for over 7 years now, and he’s truly the best! I’ve never had any issues with any of my treatments. The staff are also amazing, super friendly, helpful, and welcoming every single visit. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!
