This was my first visit to the clinic. The vibe was warm and modern. I had Lachie Berry who was clear in his instructions and provided a thorough checkup. He was also very friendly. I will be back soon.
Dr Lachlan Berry was fantastic - professional, friendly and made the whole appointment feel extremely comfortable. No one likes going to the dentist but Lachlan made it bearable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dentist who genuinely cares about his work in the CBD - you will not regret it.
Other than the only toilets for clients been out of order on the day of my visit, everything was good.
Well i booked in to have an inplant fitted. Then when inarrived the dentist assumed I needed i filling for a tooth that had been pulled out. I recently had an issue with a loose implant crown and came in quite anxious about it. Teena at the front desk was the first point of contact and immediately set the tone — she was warm, understanding and genuinely conscious of the situation, going out of her way to accommodate me and move things around to make sure I was seen.
