My first time visiting Bupa Dental Bourke Street and I’m very happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly. The oral health therapist kept me well informed after each process and gave me heads up when things were going to get a bit uncomfortable. The dentist was also very friendly and gave me good explanation.
On May 8th, I had an emergency dental appointment due to a toothache. Dentist David was attentive and professional , recommending a tooth extraction based on my condition. Dentist Lachlan managed to fit me in and performed the extraction on the same day. He did an incredible work . The overall service was excellent. I want to specially thank the receptionist Malika for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness.
