We have been seeing Dr Izzatbek Midinov for several years now, and our whole family is very happy with the care we receive. Our children are different ages, and all of us are quite nervous when it comes to dental treatment, so finding a dentist we genuinely trust has been very important for us. I was roaming all around the city with my wife in the hope that I would find a specialist oral surgeon who would be able to take my impacted wisdom tooth emergency case. After checking 4/5 clinics - I just took a chance with Bupa Dental Clinic, Bourke St & met Teena, person at the reception. There was no specialist available at the clinic but Teena went above & beyond - she was able to find out a clinic for myself in the city where a specialist was available. Above and beyond service. This was my first visit to a dentist in Australia and probably the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Dr Lachlan and oral hygienist Michaela were absolutely brilliant: professional, friendly, thorough and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I couldn't recommend them more!
