I took my 9 year old daughter into Bupa Bondi Junction for a custom mouth guard fitting as it’s covered by our insurance policy. The appointment was with Dr Nick. After the mouth guard mould was removed Dr Nick informed me that he would clean off any excess mould that had stuck to the teeth which took about 3 minutes. I started coming to Bupa dental a few years ago regularly with my husband. I saw numerous dentist over the year but in recent times I’ve been primarily under the care of Dr. Nick. Not great bedside manner at all. Long story short, I had 2x fillings done mid 2023 right before going on an extended trip overseas. Arrived today for the appointment for my kid, prior to the visit I had a chat with reception to confirm a few details. She was aware that the appointment is for the kid. Once we arrived, the dentist said that they are not working with kids, they only can provide cleaning services and he can suggest another dentist for kids… waste of time as we drove 40 mins to get this information.
