First visit here .Reception staff are lovely. Extremely friendly and helpful . The dentist I must be honest could of said hello and introduced himself. I kinda felt a little uncomfortable from that and was slightly condescending. Probably just old school. But hey, i wasn't there to make friends. My dental problem was address and thats the main thing .
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr Hajira. The staff are very welcoming, professional, and make me feel completely at ease. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organised. Dr Hajira took the time to explain each step of every treatment I was having clearly, was incredibly gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s clear the whole team genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Ballarat.

Bupa dental Ballarat is good. They are very informative and the clinic is very clean. The staff are good and accommodating. Dr Jeremy is very awesome he explained everything especially that Im pregnant. Thank you.
