First visit here . The male dentist i first saw I must be honest could of said hello and introduced himself. I kinda felt a little uncomfortable from that and was slightly condescending. Probably just old school. Communication a bit ordary. Dr Anjeli was lovely and very helpful.

I should’ve written this review a long time ago but have been dealing with the impact of what has been done to my teeth. I was subjected to unnecessary filling replacements that were not done properly. I was told that their equipment was not working correctly. This work all had to be replaced and also shifted my teeth creating gaps that did not exist before, and that I will now have to pay out of pocket to have fixed. First visit here .Reception staff are lovely. Extremely friendly and helpful . The dentist I must be honest could of said hello and introduced himself. I kinda felt a little uncomfortable from that and was slightly condescending. Probably just old school. But hey, i wasn't there to make friends. My dental problem was address and thats the main thing .

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr Hajira. The staff are very welcoming, professional, and make me feel completely at ease. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organised. Dr Hajira took the time to explain each step of every treatment I was having clearly, was incredibly gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s clear the whole team genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Ballarat.
