Had a really positive visit at Bupa this morning. Big thanks to the receptionist and customer specialist- Hannah for the friendly welcome and immediate help with my urgent situation. Honestly, outstanding service — five stars hardly feels enough for how efficient and professional they were!
Lovely and skilled staff, clean facilities, minimal wait time and great location. To top things off, I was an idiot and slept through my appointment- the caller support let me reschedule it with no penalty or wait time. Everything was easy to understand and everyone was super helpful.
