Staff were very friendly. Place is clean. Process was smooth (for me). It’s just that they forgot to check my partner in. We came together but she only got called after 1 hour of waiting when we asked again why she has to wait this long while I’m already done with the whole process. We didn’t ask earlier because they said processing is gonna be a little late. Then realise its already very late when i come out of the room and she is still in waiting room waiting to be called
