Quick, kind, and efficient service today. Incredibly clean facility and really lovely staff throughout each step of the process. Specifically the receptionists were fantastic, as well as the healthcare providers that took my blood, x ray, and performed my health exam. They were so knowledgeable and friendly- I was really put at ease during a process I was truly dreading. All of the staff is well behaved and polite and the process was quick. One odd thing that happened - Nurse gave my 3 year old kid a small coloring book as a gift after his blood test and he was very happy. However, the guy at the reception demanded it back. Although he was not rude, but it was incredibly cheap thing to do. Why give something to a child in the first place if you have to take it back. My kid was asking me about it the all the time way back home.
I went to Bupa for my visa medical examination and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I told them that I was quite nervous about having my blood drawn, and they were very understanding and even helped by using a smaller needle if possible, which made me feel much more comfortable. I really appreciated their kindness and care. Overall, the service was excellent and everyone was very nice.
