Karnika and staff are excellent at what they do. Their care and attention to any request is exemplary. Everyone is so supportive from the general manager Adia down .
Thank you Bupa Woodend for such a great support and service for Dad, everyone is so lovely and staff very friendly. Dad’s been enjoying the good food and socialising. Rooms have plenty of light and courtyard, very warm.
Beautiful location in the mountains, had an amazing tour around the facility with Lyn. The staff were all so friendly and very thorough information provided my Mani. Finding the right home for our Nan has not been easy, after meeting everyone and the warmth we received from Mani, we have found the place for her to call home. Thank you Woodend ❤️
My mother stayed at this 'aged care facility' until her death in mid 2024. Her last days were made worse by the quality of care and revolting food that was served to her. Some members of staff there were rude and intrusive toward our family, sticking the noses in where it definitely wasn't wanted. To make matters worse the final account for my mother's care was handled with total incompetence.
