The staff at Bupa Mosman are amazing and offer genuine care and a true sense of community. I could not have hoped for better support for my parents or me during the final years of their lives.
I have been a resident here at Bupa Mosman for 4 years and found my experience to be very positive. Chef Manager Raj and team have been really great with food. All the care staff are helpful, courteous and kind. Monika has been really helpful and takes feedback on board. Overall, I am very happy with the care and home.
My elderly uncle is a resident at BUPA Mosman. The care he gets is first class. I’m particularly impressed with the lifestyle programs run by Anna. My uncle is fully involved and absolutely loves the variety of activities and excursions. I never have a minute’s worry about his wellbeing or safety.
My mother is currently in respite but planning to stay permanently. The staff are wonderful, kind and so respectful of her and her needs. We as a family, are always welcomed and encouraged to pop in, stay for lunch or dinner or check out the activities. The meals have been varied , appetising and using seasonal vegetables. The staff and care at BUPA Mosman are second to none. I currently live overseas and have one parent already at BUPA Mosman with dementia and another soon to be on the way. The home has helped immensely with being able to support my parents from overseas remotely. The property is bright and the rooms each have their own bathroom for privacy, which I think is very important.
