My parents stayed at Bupa Maroubra for respite care, and we were impressed with the level of service. They received round the clock care from dedicated and compassionate staff. The food was great and the place had a happy atmosphere with plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. The staff were caring and kept me well informed with regular updates.

As someone who has quietly observed Bupa Aged Care Maroubra, I can say it truly feels like a home away from home. It’s a place where life meets expectations, not just in words but in action. The staff are top-notch, always attentive, respectful, and kind. You can clearly sense the presence of love, respect, and responsibility in the way residents are treated. It’s rare to come across a facility that maintains such a high standard of genuine care.

Visiting my mum at Bupa Maroubra a few months back was a big deal for me. We live in different countries and haven’t seen as much of each other as we would have liked. Margaret is warm hearted and full of adventure. The reception staff made me extremely welcome, encouraged me to stay for lunch and generally hang out and chat for as long as we wanted.
