My Dad is currently having his 2nd stint in respite. He stays for 3 weeks at a time. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They genuinely care and always have a smile. The place is bright and cheerful. Special mention to Sam and Becks

Look every one has difrent experience in was lucky i had some beautiful staff and they help me to put my long year frind Anna i can only say it was great i recommend any one to vist and see . Rebecca manager Andy and all the nurses were amazing thank you Tina michailidis

Staff are very helpful and caring. I am notified promptly if issues arise and regularly when they are resident of the month. Facilities are a little dated, but Bupa was the choice of my elderly relative as it was more to her liking.

My Mum has been there for about 2 & half years. Food is good & staff are friendly, understanding. improvments made lately have made a difference.

The staff at Bupa in Croydon have looked after my Nan for a couple of years now and we are very happy with the way they have cared for her. It is not easy moving to a care facility with lots of staff and people who you aren't familiar with but they have been very patient, caring and understanding. Having dementia has been challenging but they manage to make Nan's life comfortable. The food is very good and varied. The staff always make sure Nan is included in activities which is important.
