Beautiful atmosphere with wonderful staff who truly care for their residents and create opportunities for social engagement. ❤
My Mum has only recently come to Bupa Croydon but I have found all the staff are exceptional, both administrative (helping me) and caring (helping Mum). One nice thing we were able to do is share a complimentary dinner during their “Come Dine with Me” month. The food was tasty and well-presented. I feel my Mum will be able to settle in well here.
Amazing facility with the most kind hearted, thoughtful carers you could ask for. Big shoutout to these 3 beautiful girls Minh, Amber and Noumea for taking excellent care of my loved one. Could not recommend this place more!!
