Fantastic experience. The infra-red sauna is absolutely spectacular if you like heat. I feel human again after a 60hr week. It is what gets me through. Thanks to Susan for running a wonderful set-up.

I've relaxed in the salt room, twice now, and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend this therapy for general respiratory problems. I felt the difference in my breathing after the first session. I am breathing deeper and sinuses cleared. Suzanne, the lovely owner, is there to make sure you are fully informed of the benefits that salt therapy gives. Give it a go, it's so good 👍
