I've relaxed in the salt room, twice now, and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend this therapy for general respiratory problems. I felt the difference in my breathing after the first session. I am breathing deeper and sinuses cleared. Suzanne, the lovely owner, is there to make sure you are fully informed of the benefits that salt therapy gives. Give it a go, it's so good 👍

Very clean and welcoming at this health centre. Accessible and l have enjoyed the benefits of the Float Tank, Salt Therapy, Nidra Yoga and have attended some of the other health related events. A good atmosphere and would recommend to locals and others, as it has different price ranges too.
