PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 STAGE 3 RESTRICTIONS we will be temporarily closed from Thursday 6th of August. We will re-open once restrictions are lifted.

Very clean and welcoming at this health centre. Accessible and l have enjoyed the benefits of the Float Tank, Salt Therapy, Nidra Yoga and have attended some of the other health related events. A good atmosphere and would recommend to locals and others, as it has different price ranges too.

Salt rooms are amazing. Relaxing and therapeutic. I highly recommend as Ive visited many times and will continue to do into the future.
Excellent facility !!! Total relaxation, I highly recommend the salt float.
Had my first experience this morning in the floatation tank. Really can see how this is so beneficial to your well being. A beautiful clean space, amazing smelling essential oils and a peppermint tea at the end of session. Perfect.
