Facility was nice and clean.. Staff was awesome very helpful since this was my 1st float but not my last.
First time and wasn't an enjoyable experience. Staff was friendly but when the sensory deprivation became too much and I pressed the emergency button multiple times no one responded. Dressed and went over to the staff desk and was told they didn't get anything. I asked for lights and sounds instead of dark. Went back and showered again and sat in the pod in the dark once more with no lights or sounds! At this moment it all felt comical. I had to yell out for help thru the hall since I was not dressed. Buoyant is the best! I’ve been hooked for almost two years now. The staff is amazing. I highly recommend this experience!
This place is soooooo serene and relaxing!! The owner is a true sweetheart and so welcoming, I'll definitely be back.
