Love this place! Just wish you could schedule a one person float in the cabin. I love that its underground!
Loved my experience! Wonderful customer service, clean and inviting atmosphere. Enjoyed the steam room and float. Will be back! Such a great addition to The Neenah.
I was concerned about slippery floor and lack of safety rails. Also it was my first float and I booked online. When I called to ask some questions, no one answered the phone. I left a few messages throughout the day and didn't get a call back until the morning of my float. It all turned out okay, but I'll be trying another spa for comparison
