I have been a client of Buoy for many years and had always had a great experience, however, my most recent float experience was terrible. First, the room that I typically use was not working so I was moved to a different room which I was told would provide the same experience. This was not the case as the only options for lighting in the pod was on or off. The pod lighting on was jarring and the lighting off made me uncomfortable. AMAZING!!! I book this to surprise my wife for her birthday this past weekend and it was simple fantastic! We did a package for float, massage and steam shower. All three were beyond what we were hoping for. It was our first time, but will not be our last.
Loved this experience really helped alleviate some back pain I’d been having. Staff are very kind!
Love this place! Just wish you could schedule a one person float in the cabin. I love that its underground!
