It seems as this company either closed or is in the process of closing. No communication for a couple weeks. Gift card purchased but can’t use it on their booking site. Their main website is down but the booking site isn’t. They don’t seem to offer massages anymore, only floating. But with my gift card, I have to book a float and massage. There is not a way to do that. Beware. Try to contact someone first before you pay for something on their site.
Love this place! Just wish you could schedule a one person float in the cabin. I love that its underground! Update: every time I try to book an appt last few weeks the website is expired and I can't even look at the website to book an appt :( seems like others are dealing with this as well.
Regarding Lizzy's review, I believe the problem may be on Buoy Underground's end. I have a monthly membership with existing credits. I tried to schedule a float on Saturday and your website is not active. It shows as "website expired". I did leave a voicemail message but I haven't received a response. I also sent an email, however, maybe that also isn't working since the domain is inactive. Disappointed since I really do enjoy my floats.

Yea maybe say something about being closed on Sundays before people pay and show up for sessions. 116 south commercial st in Neenah here’s the screen shot of the appointment booked.
