My regular endocrinologist left this practice. I was scheduled to see a new doctor for my next annual visit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to a death in the family and informed them my labs were expired anyways because my new appointment was 1 year after the date on my labs and I couldn't get the blood work done anyways because the lab said I needed an updated script. I am a brittle type 1 diabetic and have been recently experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes I was talked down to by an impatient rude moron who assumed I had received the mailed results of my blood work in which no thyroid tests had been done. I was also denied another appointment and told someone would contact me if they believed a thyroid test was necessary. Completely unacceptable

I was called and left a voicemail by this provider telling me that I had thyroid cancer and to call them back. No provider should ever leave those details on anyone’s voicemail. I have had Sachin Bahl for the last 23 years and couldn’t be happier.

Mistakenly hit 3 stars. For me Dr Buonocore is a 5 ! I have a very difficult situation which she helps me manage tremendously, she’s very professional, courteous and gives me all the time I need.

My wife went to visit this physician. They refused to see her because she didn't have lab work...that they didn't even request. Avoid this place!
