This place is the WORST!!! They never answer their phone. When you finally get a human, she’s rude!
Literally the worst office ever. No one answers the phone. No one returns your calls, let alone listens to your voicemails. Over the course of 2 months, I have left voicemails and tried calling over and over to book an appointment, and I have been put onto ridiculously long holds each and every time. In person, everyone is very nice, but you will never be able to reach them via phone like a normal, functioning doctor’s office. There is zero sense of urgency or care.
