They do repairs and can fix broken jewelry as well. Brokers diamonds so you can sell old pieces as well as buy old pieces. Did a good job fixing my wife's bracelet My wife broke her bracelet, and it was a very delicate and intricate bracelet, not to mention expensive. I was afraid because it was so delicate that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it, but they fixed it an Buono Jewelers, and it wasn't overly expensive. They did such a good job that you would never be able to tell that it was ever broken. They have beautiful jewelry there too.
