I've been ordering from Buon Italia for well over a year now. I love Setaro pasta and it's very hard to get, but BI always has it. I had a problem once with dented San Marzano tomatoes, but they sent me new cans to replace the damaged ones. I've always talked to very pleasant people there, most recently (today), Samantha and she couldn't have been nicer. Love this place, hope to go in person soon!

This gelato took me back to my honeymoon in Rome, when I first tasted the creamiest ice cream on the planet. Absolutely delicious and the Machiatto was STRONG and delicious. Definitely worth the trip to Chelsea Market.

I did a online order did not receive the salami I ordered.There was no copy of what I ordered and no. receipt.When I called to speak withAntonio they always said he was not available.The lady was very rude to me and said they would call back and never did.This was a 80 dollar lesson learned.I would have ordered again so this is there loss for not making the order correct!!!
