I ordered 2 cheeseburgers today inside the restaurant for carryout. Very specific items to not put on the burgers due to allergies. Both burgers were incorrect & had to be scraped of the condiments that shouldn't have been there and rinsed in order to eat them when I arrived home. Disappointed that the receipt clearly stated what I needed yet the kitchen staff couldn't put it together correctly. This is some REALLY high quality fast casual food. Their Italian Beef sandwiches are as good as they get. Fries are fabulous too. Even the pizza is pretty solid. Served attractively on real china when you eat in. The service and atmosphere scores are relative to other fast casual restaurants. I would choose Buona over Portillo's every time. And I like Portillo's!

Buona represents the consistency you desire when looking for good quality food and service from a quick serve restaurant. I am never disappointed when we decide on Buona for dinner. I do believe it os better than Portillo’s. Just sayin’.
