Buona gives great customer service! Thanks to Omar at the Mt. Prospect location we had an exceptional experience at Buona. My regular shake was forgotten and when I called to ask for them to remake it so I could go back to pick it up Omar not only remembered that the shake had been left behind, but he also remade a large shake and refunded my money for the inconvenience. I believe they have the best pizza i have ever ate. Also an affordable cost. Also a polite and helpful staff.
They do not tell you delivery is done by door dash, which has to many issues and fees. Of course the order was missing an item. No refund for the item, a credit which I won't use since I won't be back
