This place kind of started out slow in the service department when it was new to Mount Prospect, but I did not give up on them because I love the beef spicy flavor and hey they were just starting out. Over the years staff friendliness and speediness has improved quite a bit. They have also been right on top of it when we had issues with missing things in an order, less amounts of ingredients on what should be a standard , or app failures.
