I bought a sofa around 4 years back which they told to be top grain italian leather is actually a Chinese leather which has started to rip off. We spent a good amount of money to get longer life sofa but am totally disappointed that it didn’t last long even though was maintained properly . Also took extended warranty for 5 years but no one answers the call. Was our Worst decision to buy a furniture from this store.
My wife and I came across Buona Furniture while doing online searches. We contacted Michael who was very friendly and accommodating to our request as we are very cautious shoppers in doing our best to research both our purchase option and the potential seller that we will choose. After a few calls and text messages, Michael made us feel comfortable as someone we could take a chance on giving our trust.
